By accessing or using Flarfi (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Non-Custodial Service

Flarfi is a non-custodial wallet interface. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds at any time. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your wallet credentials.

2. No Liability for Loss of Funds

Flarfi is not liable for any loss, theft, or inaccessibility of digital assets including but not limited to:

• Loss resulting from forgotten passwords, lost seed phrases, or compromised credentials
• Unauthorized access to your wallet by third parties
• Errors in transaction execution including incorrect addresses, wrong amounts, or wrong networks
• Smart contract bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities in third-party protocols
• Network failures, blockchain congestion, or chain reorganizations
• Phishing attacks, scams, or malicious actors
• Failed swaps, transactions, or bridge operations
• Slippage, MEV (Maximal Extractable Value), or front-running
• Token deflation, rug pulls, or project insolvency
• Regulatory actions affecting your assets

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed by Flarfi.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your account credentials and recovery methods
• Verifying transaction details before signing
• Understanding the risks of cryptocurrency, DeFi protocols, and smart contracts
• Compliance with applicable laws and tax obligations in your jurisdiction
• The legitimacy and safety of tokens, contracts, or counterparties you interact with
• Backing up your wallet using export functionality

4. No Investment Advice

Information provided through Flarfi including market prices, swap quotes, token information, and yield rates is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

5. Service Availability

Flarfi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of displayed data
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Availability of specific tokens, chains, or features

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service without notice.

6. Third-Party Services

Flarfi integrates with third-party providers including but not limited to:

• Privy (wallet infrastructure)
• Jupiter (Solana DEX aggregator)
• Uniswap, PancakeSwap (EVM DEX protocols)
• Card issuing provider (when available)
• Blockchain RPC providers

Flarfi is not responsible for the actions, performance, or failures of these third parties.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sanctions evasion
• Fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Activities prohibited by your local jurisdiction
• Activities that violate any applicable law or regulation

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flarfi, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
